Erik Nowakowski is a thoughtful Awareness Through Movement® teacher and the creator of Joining in Movement, a new practice committed to helping others explore ease and freedom in their bodies. Using the Feldenkrais Method®, Erik guides clients through gentle, mindful movements to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being. With a fresh and non-judgemental approach, Erik supports individuals of all ages and abilities in rediscovering their natural movement potential.
